September has been an exciting and busy month for Nicola Carolan, AKA The Naked Blondie as she not only welcomed her beautiful baby girl named Isla Kay but joined forces with Carroll’s of Tullamore and Pink Lady to bring delicious recipe collaborations to her followers.
Her Autumn Spiced Salted Caramel Apple Cake was a big hit with her followers in support of Pink Lady’s Adopt a Tree campaign which saw Nicola and family grow their own tree in the sun drenched orchards in France as part of an educational campaign to highlight the growing and picking process of the well-known Pink lady apples.
She teamed up with Carroll’s of Tullamore for GAA All-Ireland final weekend for their ‘Get your Kit’ competition to celebrate the brand’s 30th anniversary as the main sponsors of Offaly GAA. As part of the monumental celebrations, Nicola whipped up some tasty ham sandwiches as inspiration for fans as they travel to or watched the match at home.
