One Yummy Mummy and daughter Lily-Mae feature on Ireland AM for Halloween Special

Last Thursday 28th October, One Yummy Mummy aka Jolene Cox and her daughter Lily-Mae were special guests with Alan Hughes on Ireland AM.

Jolene and Lily-Mae shared with viewers her simple and fun recipe for Halloween Trick-or-Treat roulette truffles alongside presenters Alan Hughes and Tommy Bowe.

Jolene has recently launched her online Family Cooking Club which has a range of exciting features, designed to make cooking far more efficient for those who have a press full of ingredients but struggle for creativity with meals. One Yummy Mummy’s Family Cooking Club also has a ‘Kids in the Kitchen’ section where she and her daughter Lily-Mae have child-lead video recipes to encourage more kids to get familiar in the kitchen.

“I think it’s so important to get children into the kitchen at an early age learning life skills. It is going to get messy but that’s part of the fun. It’s about the memories, it’s a skill for life. Mealtimes can be one of the most stressful times for parents, I’m all about press-to-plate in 40 minutes”.

One Yummy Mummy’s Family Cooking Club provides a range of features for only €10 per month and can be found on her website at
